Polden Court

Polden Court Polden Court is a recently constructed building primarily designed as an all-year-round Conference Centre. The accommodation is of a very high standard providing single bedrooms with full en-suite facilities (bath, shower, toilet and washbasin) and the rooms also have their own televisions. There are eight rooms in each kitchen group. Throughout the residences, students' rooms are arranged in groups around communal kitchen/dining rooms.

Each standard sized bedroom measures approximately 2.25m x 4.5m but there are many variations. Beds are equipped with mattresses and duvets. A pin board and waste paper bin are provided in each room. Bed linen - comprising 2 cotton sheets, 2 pillows, 2 pillow cases, 1 underblanket, 1 duvet and 1 duvet cover - is provided for all rooms. All residences are carpeted throughout, except for kitchen and bathroom areas.

The kitchens, which include dining areas, are equipped with a cooker, one or two large fridge/freezer(s), food cupboards, electric kettle, an iron, ironing board, chairs, tables, sink unit and basic cooking utensils. In front of most of the terrace kitchens there is a paved area for sitting out in Summer.
